And of course in moments when she was angry, her eyes would show anger. Her eyes did not have this constant look that the question is talking about. One of the symptoms of BPD is the extreme idealizing and demonizing of people, and very obviously, the person with BPD is going to have a very different look due to the complete opposite set of feelings they have towards a person they idealize vs a person they demonize.
